Did you have a weight regain from your lowest weight?
I'm stuggling with a regain of 8-9 pounds. I know it was holiday munching and the stress of my upcoming divorce that landed me here.
Did anyone have a regain from their lowest weight after surgery? If so, did you stay at that weight or were you able to get back close to the lowest weight?
Hope you all had a happy holiday season, mine was very stressful to say the least.

My lowest was 142, which is when I got out of the hospital after emergency hernia repair. I had been hanging around 145 for a while. That was 1 year ago. My goal was 150, and I'd say for the last 8 months I've been hanging around 155. That is where I've decided I'd like to stay. My little inner voice would like to be at 145, or 150, but I've seen that at 155 my "skinny" clothes fit fine, I'm healthy and since I've been running, I've decided it's all muscle that I gained.
With that said, I was up to 160 on Tuesday morning, thank you holidays and break from running. I will go back to 155, and maybe make a stab at 150, but I will never see 145 (or 142) again. My surgeon does not want me to EVER get below 150, and would prefer the 155.
Also, right around the 2 year mark, without weight gain, my boobs rebounded a little! I went up a cup size, and they perked up a bit!
Your body is still adjusting. Some regain is normal, some of it is some old behaviors creeping in. Be kind to yourself, exercise to release some stress and be mindful of what you eat. YOU CAN DO THIS!!
*hugs*
